[cas-dev] Does Trunk always build?

Eric,
Trunk always builds (unless I do something stupid ;-)). There are some
issues with the Google Accounts tests. Sun did something very strange with
their JDK releases and certain versions don't have the XML Security classes
required for the tests to complete successfully (and it varies by OS). I
haven't figured out yet how to tell the JDK to use a specific XML Secucrity
implementation so I may disable those tests because it appears to be
confusing a lot of people.
If anyone knows how to provide an alternative XML Security implementation
for the JDK to use, please let me know.
