Well, it's not really true. That depend of the behavior of existings
agents. If they try to validate the CAS's answer with the official
schema, it will fail.
I'm aware that most of (all of?) existing agents just parse the xml w/o
valide it, but it will easy imho to have generic attribute.

Ok, 1.1? why not 2? Anyway, I think SAML is another story, more or less
independant than serviceValidate's response.
