[cas-dev] 5 required artifacts are missing when building CAS Server source code

Dear CAS developers,

There are 5 required artifacts are missing when building CAS Server
source code:

1) commons-beanutils:commons-beanutils:jar:1.4-dev
2) commons-jelly:commons-jelly:jar:SNAPSHOT
3) commons-jexl:commons-jexl:jar:SNAPSHOT
4) commons-jelly:commons-jelly-tags-define:jar:SNAPSHOT
5) commons-jelly:commons-jelly-tags-bsf:jar:SNAPSHOT

Environment:
1) CAS Server 3.1
2) Maven 2.0.7
3) JDK 1.6.0_02
4) Fedora 6

I'm new to CAS and Maven. Thanks for you help in advance!
