[cas-dev] CAS is Unavailable ??

I cannot figure out what it's wrong. I attach the cas.log for you to 
take a look.

Also, do I need this file "mysql-connector-java-5.1.5-bin.jar" in 
%CATALINA_HOME%/webapps/cas/WEB-INF/lib??
