[cas-dev] Roadmap for CAS Development

It would be really nice to have CAS redirect a user to a interstitial page
that warns them that their password will soon expire and give them the
opportunity to change it or provide a link to the account management
system.  The ability to insert interstitials could also be used for warning
pages in the case of a campus emergency (a fire alarm has been reported in
the building that you are in, based on your IP address, please exit the
building).  You can even use them for advertisements -- a great way to
supplement our IT budgets!  :)
