[cas-dev] cas upgrade question

Edward,

Its non-trivial to move from the CAS 3.0.x release to the new releases.  The
new releases utilize Maven2 as well as a more organized XML configuration
structure.  If you made few changes to your CAS server (i.e. just changing
some XML files) it shouldn't be too bad, but it will be different.
