[cas-dev] building CAS 3.2.1 failure

Your firewall is most likely blocking outgoing LDAP requests that are used
for that test.  If you only need to build the war file, execute "mvn
package" in the cas-server-3.2.1\cas-server-webapp directory which should
pull in the required jars from the repository.
