[cas-dev] CAS 3.3-RC3

All,

We've posted a new RC of CAS 3.3 (RC3).  Its got a couple of minor bug fixes
and we did some cleanup to the POM files.  To build it, you should be using
Maven 2.0.9.

You can download it here: http://www.ja-sig.org/products/cas/downloads/

If all goes well (i.e. please test! :-)), we'll most likely cut the 3.3 next
Monday since I'll be out of the office this Friday.
