[cas-dev] Testing DNs with "/" in LDAP

Hey everyone,

If you happen to have a dn with a / in it in your LDAP server can you check
out the latest code from HEAD and let me know if it works.  We made some
changes to the LDAP handler to handle "/" and I can only test it with the
uid (i.e. uid=foo/bar)
