[cas-dev] Steering Committee Update

Just an update on the Steering Committee nominations. We were asked by the
JASIG Board to extend the deadline to September 5th in order to give the
member institutions time to submit any nominations they would like to (since
a lot of people go on vacation in the summer).  We're extending the same
courtesy to anyone on the CAS list who would like to submit a nomination but
missed the original deadline.
