[cas-dev] Servlet 2.5 for CAS4

Anyone have any major objections to CAS4 requiring Servlet 2.5?  (with the
ability to use Servlet 2.4 if you want to make some manual changes to
configuration?).  Servlet 2.5 offers us some new methods for retrieving
context which would make automatic configuration easier.
