[cas-dev] URL pattern matching of service ids

Marvin,

This thread is actually discussing pattern matching for the CAS protocol
(i.e. service urls) and not for the services management tool.  That said,
we'll be needing requirements soon for the Services Management interface.
As a start would you mind putting together the list of requirements that you
guys have (and issues with the current system), then I'll add the RU
requirements, and anyone is welcome to add their requirements too.
