Understood.  I would argue that the "application (or set of resources)
that are protected by a Service Ticket" mentioned in Howard's
background note is closely related to the set of services/applications
authorized to use CAS.  I would imagine that in most, if not all,
cases the two would be either the same or similar.  If that is
correct, then using the same data representation for both might
produce a cleaner design.  In concrete terms you might consider
merging the principal.Service and services.RegisteredService
interfaces to serve both roles.
