[cas-dev] Simple Views

If no one has a preference either way, I'm for removing them. We always use
the default views in the demo WAR, and the default views are a good example
of how a production page should be set up (minus the Internationalization
stuff).
I'll give it a few more days to see if anyone chimes in with a strong
opinion for or against. If no one does, then I'll put in a JIRA issue to
remove them so we can focus our efforts on maintaining and improving one set
of views.
If someone wants to volunteer to provide patches for the simple views when
views are changed/added, that's also an option.
Thanks
