[cas-dev] Eclipse project files in Subversion

It looks promising in my testing, but I can't be sure as long as there is an
actual .project and .classpath in the trunk. Every time I do it there
appears to be a conflict with cas-server-compatibility which it picks up as
an Eclipse source file but which is not a module as far as the main POM is
concerned. This results in errors because jwebunit is not recognized as a
required dependency/Build Path Library.

I've tried out m2eclipse and it seems to work pretty well (as long as you
click "Nested POMS") so going forward that will probably be the
recommendation.
