[cas-dev] Clustering 3.2 / unique ticket generation

So, I'm cruising along in the docs
http://www.ja-sig.org/wiki/display/CASUM/Clustering+CAS and notice that the
applicationContext.xml is a tiny bit different.  Now, for a moment, lets
pretend that I don't know anything about Spring.

How would one go about getting unique ticket generation described in the
wiki docs for 3.1 in 3.2?
