[cas-dev] 2.1.1 Java client w/ attribute support

Your best bet is to check here:
http://code.google.com/p/legacy-java-cas-client/

Any work being done on that particular CAS client would be done there.  I'm
not sure if they are doing much beyond maintenance though.
