[cas-dev] We Like Your Roadmap

CAS team:

We like the work you've been doing on the CAS roadmap, and we plan to
adopt the format for uPortal too.  Also, it strikes us as beneficial
to the community for both of us to be using the same format, so if you
decide to modify yours at some point, please keep us posted.
