Pretty stable with some minor issues to still iron out in the next RC.
Mostly related to build stuff though.

I would hope very soon!  I'm putting out an RC by the end of this week based
on feedback from RC2.  I would say pending any major issues or me being
distracted by other work the end of next week/beginning of the week after
isn't too far off for a release.  I would aim for next Thursday if I can get
the RC3 out by this Friday. The Monday after at the latest.

I think I've put it up there now.  You should be able to see it (but you're
not going crazy, it wasn't there before)
