[cas-dev] CAS 4 Roadmap Planning (Call for Participation)

Would my submission for EasyServiceRegistryDaoImpl be a consideration
here? I don't want to have to find a place to stick it publicly since
I've added it to cas.war. My client here doesn't have a source
repository.
