[cas-dev] CAS 4 Roadmap Planning (Call for Participation)

David,

I've created a JIRA issue to track your suggestion:

I haven't had a chance to compare it to what we currently have in place (we
have the InMemoryServiceRegistryDaoImpl which lets you set a list of
RegisteredServices).

We may be able to merge the two.
