[cas-dev] JASIG CAS Client for Java 3.1.1 in Maven2 public repo

All,

Just a note that the JASIG CAS Client for Java 3.1.1 is in the Maven2 public
repository:
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/jasig/cas/

Going forward all of these releases should be there.  Thanks go to Spring
Security for allowing us to piggyback on their Maven2 sync ;-)
