[cas-dev] Findbugs CAS analysis

http://findbugs.sourceforge.net/

I ran this "findbugs" utility over CAS 3.2 core and it squeaked over a
number of issues. Perhaps it would be beneficial for a dev to look at the
output.

In general the output did not look hugely concerning to me, but perhaps this
code analysis tool may prove useful.
