[cas-dev] license for upcoming CAS4 server

Do I understand this correctly, but "the license is a statement of
authorization to use and modify how ever you see fit as long as
license is always present?
I'm very curious too because this is a really fuzzy area for me. And,
I'm interested to find out why folks choose the license that they do.
Please share more on this thread.
