end user approval of the conditions is nothing interesting. In the end,
the users are the admins of the web server, the people browsing the web
app ? ... who cares.

terms applying to contributors, packagers, and integrators are much more
important.

The most important thing is the copyright legislation on the source
code, here... and the end users don't care.
