[cas-dev] CAS4 Usage of AJAX for Login/Logout

Excellent ideas for the server mechanics.  I would also add user
notification of some type (UI) when it's doing this check, wait cycle.
 I think perceptions of web apps are wrong in many cases as to why
something is delayed.  Telling the user that authentication is pending
is a good thing.  I'm just waiting to get in.  Once, I'm in,
everything's good.  I can understand why I have to wait for the fine
restaurant experience e.g.
