[cas-dev] CAS4 Usage of AJAX for Login/Logout

In theory this shouldn't affect any extensions/hooks for the various
components. Its really just the separation of the request/response into
request and check to see if work has been completed. But yes, we should
ensure that the logout is just as flexible as login (though hopefully
without a web flow lol).
