How do you intend to split up the work to be done?  My outline of
understanding is as follows:

- Analysis(+)
- Design(+)
- Tasking(+)
- Documentation (*)
- Development
- Documentation (*)
- Testing (each developer resposible)
- Code reviews (peer to peer but maybe cyclical e.g. I wouldn't always
send to you because I knew you better)
- Release or said completion
- Documentation (*)

* Each responsible for same level of documentation (hence guidelines)
+ Battaglia overseeing

Am I on track here?
