[cas-dev] Per4J

The parsing capability - and then conversion to graph seem useful -  if the
CAS Server Administration page is provided the above could be useful
for monitoring...

Although gathering of statistics is already taking place through inspektr -
so to keep it clean would need to keep either perf4j or use inspektr to emit
the output perf4j expects..
