Hi Andrew,
I would love to see this patch updated for 3.0.5... Since I am new to
both spring web flow and CAS it will take me a few weeks to potentially
implement a solution.

this patch into CAS source control and kept it up to date and as
no-heroics-required as possible.
In that vein, where would be appropriate for this to go into CVS, Scott?
Should CAS ship this example? Stick it under a contrib directory?
