Session Creation Failure

Hi,
Can anyone help me, please. I have just finished the installation of Shibb SP
and testing with my IDP, I get the following response.
Session creation failure at
(http://www.sp.sips.iris.salford.ac.uk/Shibboleth.sso/SAML/Artifact)
I can't figure out what is responsible.
