There was a need in our community for a Generic Handler for the CAS3 branch. We 
first made some smaller changes so it could work using the legacy adaptors, but 
it seems that caused a problem of the error message on failed login not being 
showed (the LegacyCasCredentialsBinder seemed to cause that problem; didn't look 
into it very deeply).

Since I was into the authHandler stuff last week anyway I have re-written the 
Generic Handler to fit into CAS3. If the "ESUP-Portail CAS Generic Handler" 
project has some time they're free to (re-)adopt the code, as Pascal already 
expressed their wish to support CAS3 in the near future. I already contacted 
them directly about this.
