I was actually thinking about the chapter in the PDF, but this is exactly the 
same so yes, that's the one ;)
That was my lead when I started fiddling with the views and it seems to have 
turned out ok ;).


hint: once your template is "stable", put in a separate package with the same 
directory structure as CAS but only containing all the views stuff. Then when 
you want to re-deploy CAS from a clean package you can just copy it all at once 
into CAS before building the war.
