I think you should configure the (hostname that is in your certificate)
in stead of the IP address for the proxyCallbackUrl of your second webapp.

The error you're seeing says there's something wrong with the PGT
process: "error.authentication.credentials.bad" after "casProxy/receptor".

CAS-server checks whether the hostname in the URL and hostname in the
certificate match, before it sends a PGT+PGTIOU to that URL. Using IP
addresses isn't possible for matching.

Note that you can only configure one certificate per ip:port combination.
