CAS, client & server, in Maven Repo?

CAS Server 3.1 and JA-SIG CAS Client for Java 3.0 will both be using Maven2
(and thus have Maven2 POMs). Neither have been released yet though.
We don't have a JA-SIG Maven2 repository yet, but we probably will when
these two items are released (currently no time table for that though). We
only have a Maven repository.
