Extend org.jasig.cas.web.flow.AbstractNonInteractiveCredentialsAction or org.springframework.webflow.action.AbstractAction for new login-webflow step

Andy,
You only need to extend the CAS class if you plan on collecting credentials
and submitting them to CAS (which doesn't seem to be the case).
