phpCAS + validatePT error

Andrew,

You got it. The service URL was not an exact match. It was tacking on the
index.php file to the end of the URL which was causing the error. I simply
added it to the phpCAS::setFixedServiceURL() method in phpCAS and it has
resolved the issue. Thanks for the advice.
