CAS Server 3.1 M2 Release

CAS supports both SPNEGO and NTLM.

There is detailed information for SPNEGO here:

(its slightly out of date as the package names have changed from m1 to m2).
Its now org.jasig.cas.support.windows instead of
org.jasig.cas.adaptors.spnego.

There are a few additional options on the JCIFSConfig that relate to NTLM.
The two actions listed on the page also now support an "ntlm" property (true
or false) and there is an additional handler.   We're hoping to get this
documented soon.
