HttpBasedServiceCredentialsAuthenticationHandler [CAS-444]bug

What exactly are you experiencing?  CAS-444 means you are now required to
inject an instance of HttpClient into the
HttpBasedServiceCredentaislAuthenticationHandler which the default
deployerConfigContext.xml does for you.
