Yes that should be correct.  If you can log a JIRA issue we can include that
snippt in the webflow.xml in future versions.

The Services Management implementation in CAS 3.1 will support Ant pattern
matching which should address this issue.  CAS 3.1 isn't quite ready for
production yet (we're working on M3 and RC1)
