FuzzyServiceRegistry source

Does the Virginia Tech team distribute the source for their CAS Server
extensions?  I'm interested in seeing how they implemented
FuzzyServiceRegistry as mentioned in
http://www.ja-sig.org/wiki/display/CAS/Services+Management

I need this pattern matching functionality for approvedServices, and am not
sure I can wait until CAS version 3.1 is released.
