Mark,
Very interesting work. On a perhaps related note, I've been thinking
about how to enable one-click service/portlet subscription (ala RSS
buttons) for portals modeled after Firefox RSS subscription feature.
Nothing to show for it yet, but it seems like a JavaScript CAS client
could play a part in this feature.
