cas 3.1 at repo1.maven.org

Unfortunatelly, I have never uploaded packages to ibiblo. Here is the
mavenn official documentation:

Anyway, somebody already uploaded some old cas versions (see
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/cas/ ).
