Also implement gateway=true for /logout

Reid,

We actually support this already.  If you specify the property of "
followServiceRedirects" to be true in the XML configuration file for the
logoutController and your applications provide a url such as
/logout?service=http://www.cnn.com, then the logout controller should
redirect to http://www.cnn.com
