OpenSAML problems - building CAS 3.1 using Maven2

Hi,

Even though there is no POM file it should still be able to locate and
download the OpenSAML library anyway, which is available at:
http://developer.ja-sig.org/maven2/org/opensaml/opensaml/1.1b/

Which version of Maven 2 are you using?
