Username/password authentication

If we can believe that ClassNotFound exception, and
org.jasig.cas.adaptors.ldap.util.AuthenticatedLdapContextSource IS
present, then possibly the root cause is one of
AuthenticatedLdapContextSource's dependencies. What does
AuthenticatedLdapContextSource load dynamically at runtime? A bit of
LDAP related plumbing, present with tomcat, but missing in JBOSS?

Unless he's corrected his ClassNotFound problem, he is still having
classpath issues.

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with deploying CAS on anything other
than Tomcat ;-)
