CAS form = only entrance?

The default CAS deployment only offers the CAS form for authentication as we
want people to know they are being redirected to CAS and only CAS is
collecting credentials.
That said, you can add an additional login page that you can embed via
IFRAME, etc. (the only thing is that instead of the normal HTTP redirects
you would need to use JavaScript so that CAS would replace the entire page
and not just its IFRAME).
