CAS unicode/utf-8 characters

Scott,
So for you having using a UTF-16 file works fine when adding the lines
below?
<%@page contentType="text/html;charset=UTF-8"%>
<%@page pageEncoding="UTF-8"%>
For me it didn't..

The Russian properties file is saved as UTF-16. I haven't run
native2ascii on anything.
