Kuali (KFS) and CAS

Yes, having an open mailing list/newsgroup would be very helpful.

I got Kuali up and running, but it took me quite a while and a lot of
missteps. I randomly shot off e-mails to anybody I could find associated
with the project, and Ailish Byrne responded. He was invaluable in his
assistance -- I couldn't have gotten it running without him. However,
things would probably have been much quicker and easier with a public
mailing list, both to read for previous posts and to pose questions myself.

I sent this suggestion to Ailish, but I think he's pretty snowed under
with work.

Thanks!

Josh
