CAS - SAML integration ?

That write up is from a discussion unrelated to current CAS development. In
a previous email I stated to you that we are working on SAML support in CAS
targeting a 3.1 release. You may have missed our announcement that we have
released a CAS 3.1 M1 with SAML support (though we haven't validated that we
follow the specification correctly and since its a milestone we don't
recommend its production use). You can find that information here:
http://www.ja-sig.org/products/cas/announcements/index.html#ann2
Others have stated that if you currently need to run CAS and SAML you need
to deploy CAS/Shibboleth together. I have no knowledge of how to do that
(unfortunately). I would guess that a Google search would uncover
something. :-) Hopefully, someone else may be able to reply with some
pointers.
